Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Mohit Labs platform ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Have a valid bank account capable of receiving international transfers

We reserve the right to decline any application or revoke access at our sole discretion.

Your relationship with Mohit Labs is that of an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Mohit Labs.

As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for:

• Reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings
• Your own equipment, internet connection, and working environment
• Compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction

When authoring and submitting work through the Platform, you agree to:

• Submit only original work that you have full rights to contribute
• Not plagiarise, copy, or misappropriate third-party intellectual property
• Ensure all code and materials submitted are free from malware, backdoors, or intentionally harmful content
• Maintain the accuracy and quality of your submissions to the best of your ability
• Comply with all program-specific guidelines provided to you upon approval
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary information from the Platform
• Not share, publish, or disclose any confidential information you encounter through your work (see Section 7)

By submitting work to the Platform, you hereby assign to Mohit Labs all right, title, and interest — including all intellectual property rights — in and to the submitted work, effective upon submission. This assignment is worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author of the submitted work or have full rights to assign it
• The submitted work does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The submitted code does not incorporate proprietary third-party code without appropriate licensing

Mohit Labs retains all rights to the Platform itself, including its design, software, branding, and evaluation infrastructure.

Payment for accepted work is made on a weekly cycle, typically every Wednesday. Payments are processed to the bank account registered in your Platform profile. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and kept up to date.

Mohit Labs reserves the right to:

• Withhold payment if we have reason to believe submissions violate these Terms
• Recover previous payments in the event of fraudulent submissions
• Modify the payment schedule with reasonable advance notice

We do not guarantee any minimum earnings. Payment is made only for accepted submissions that meet our quality criteria.

During and after your time as a contributor, you agree to keep confidential all non-public information you encounter through the Platform, including but not limited to:

• The identity of clients, end users, or AI labs that use our evaluation data
• The nature, scope, and requirements of specific programs you participate in
• Pricing, commercial arrangements, and business strategy
• Technical infrastructure, evaluation pipelines, and platform internals
• Other contributors' work, earnings, or personal information

Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of pending payments, and legal action where warranted.

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Submit work authored by someone else as your own
• Use automated tools to generate or submit work without disclosure
• Attempt to manipulate the review process or collude with reviewers
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive conduct toward any Platform user or staff
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage any part of the Platform or its infrastructure

Either party may terminate the contributor relationship at any time and for any reason. Mohit Labs may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Payments for work accepted prior to termination will be processed on the normal schedule
• Payments for work that was pending review at the time of termination may be withheld at our discretion
• Your confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mohit Labs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount or that your application for any program will be approved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohit Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid to you by Mohit Labs in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
